We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
  • Returns are only applicable for t-shirts and shorts purchased directly from us.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased on clearance, discount, or final sale are not eligible for return.
  • Items damaged due to improper use or handling by the customer are not eligible.

3. Return Process

  • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  • Once approved, instructions for returning the item will be shared.
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the issue for faster resolution.
  • You will be eligible for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but can be returned after delivery.
